Online tasting note for reference:
Nose:
Brine, capers, crushed black olives, honey, wax, heather, earthy, musty and quite peaty. Pickled walnuts, burnt brioche. Like sitting in an old dunnage (near a smoking kiln).
Palate:
Salty & peaty with some sweeter notes; Brioche, croissants, buttercream. Briney olives & caperberries. Touches of heather honey and meadow flowers.
Finish:
Leather, lanolin, walnut oil, salty brine, sea spray, gentle smoke, tippers and a drying ashy note.
