Shipping Arrangements
Shipping Fee Calculation

Orders over HK$1,000 (any products) qualify for free local shipping in Hong Kong.

For orders below HK$1,000, the first item incurs a $30 shipping fee, with each additional item adding $20.

Delivery Destination Options

1. Direct delivery to a specified address (residential or commercial).

2. SF Express Station / SF Locker.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically packaged and handed over to the shipping company within two business days (excluding Sundays). Delivery in urban areas usually takes one business day.

Under normal circumstances, the shipping company will contact the recipient before delivery. Please keep an eye on your phone after placing an order to avoid delays.

Packaging and Shipping Safety

All products are carefully packaged with air column bags, bubble wrap, and plastic pellets before being handed over to the shipping company.

Additionally, we use a higher-cost alcohol delivery service to ensure that packages are manually handled during warehouse entry, exit, and storage, eliminating the risk of rough handling by conveyor belts.

Wine Shipping Arrangements

All wines are stored at a constant temperature 24/7 and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to your home or office, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.

Orders are typically handed over to the shipping company within two days (excluding Sundays), with delivery in urban areas usually taking one business day.

P.S. If you choose to have your order delivered to an SF Locker or SF Station, temperature-controlled delivery is not available, as SF Express does not currently offer this service for those options.

Self-Pickup Arrangements

If you select self-pickup when placing your order, you can collect your items at our Kowloon Bay Showroom (Unit 19, 10/F, Kowloon Bay Industrial Centre, 15 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay) during the following hours:

To avoid any inconvenience due to staff absences or unexpected showroom closures, we recommend contacting us via FB/IG/Whatsapp to confirm someone is available before your visit.

Monday to Friday: 12 - 7 pm

Saturday: 12 - 5 pm

Closed on Sundays and public holidays

Reservation Arrangements

We understand your concern about popular items selling out quickly. We welcome reservations.

Once payment is completed after placing an order, the items will be reserved for you. You can then arrange for delivery or self-pickup at your convenience.

Please note that some higher-priced items have different prices for cash (Payme/FPS/Bank Transfer) and credit card (Credit Card / Google Pay / Apple Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay) payments. You can choose your preferred payment method accordingly.

Arrangements for Customers Outside Hong Kong

We welcome customers from outside Hong Kong to reserve products before their trip. Upon receiving payment, we will reserve the whisky or other spirits for you.

If you have confirmed your visit to Hong Kong, you can place an order through our website or other contact methods and pay via credit card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. We will hold the products for you until your arrival.

Additionally, we can arrange for the products to be delivered to your hotel reception or a designated SF Station / SF Locker on a specified date, saving you the inconvenience of picking them up in person.
