Free shipping within Hong Kong for single purchases over HK$1,000 (any product categories) made on the website.

If the order amount is less than HK$1,000, the first item incurs a shipping fee of $30, and each additional item incurs an additional fee of $20.

2. SF Stores / SF Lockers

Within 2 business days (excluding Sundays) of placing an order, the products will be packed and handed over to the delivery company. Generally, it normally takes one working day for delivery within urban areas.

The delivery company normally calls before delivery, so please pay attention to your phone after placing an order to avoid any delays.

All alcoholic products will be packed with air column bags, bubble bags, and plastic pellets before being handed over to the delivery company.

In addition, we use an alcoholic-beverage service line of the delivery company to ensure that the goods are transported and moved by hand in the warehouse, thereby eliminating the chance of violent treatment during transportation.

All wines are stored at a constant temperature for 24 hours and then transported to your address by a temperature-controlled vehicle to ensure the best condition of the wine upon delivery.

Within 2 business days (excluding Sundays) of placing an order, the products will be handed over to the delivery company. Generally, it takes one working day for delivery within urban areas.

P.S. If you choose to ship to a designated SF Store or SF Locker, temperature-controlled transportation will not be available, as SF delivery does not currently offer this service.

If you choose to self-pickup your products at our Kowloon Bay Showroom (Room 19, 10/F, Kowloon Bay Industrial Centre, 15 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay), you can do so during the following hours.

To avoid wasting your time due to staff being out for work or unexpected situations in the showroom, it is suggested to confirm with us via FB/IG/Whatsapp before visiting to make sure someone is available in the Showroom.

We understand that you may be concerned about your favorite items being sold out. We are happy to hold items for you.

Simply complete the payment after placing the order via our website, and we will hold the items for you. You can then contact us for the arrangement of delivery or self-pickup at your convenience later.

Please be reminded that there are separated cash price (Payme/FPS/ Bank Transfer) and credit card price (Credit Card/ Google Pay/ Apple Pay/ Alipay/ Wechat Pay) for some high-value items.

We welcome overseas customers to reserve items before their visit to Hong Kong. Once payment is received, we will reserve the whisky or other spirits for you.

If you have confirmed your visit to Hong Kong, you are welcome to place an order to reserve your favorite whisky through our website or other contact channels, and pay using tools such as credit card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. We will reserve the whisky or other spirits for you until your visit.

Additionally, we can arrange to deliver the items to the reception of your hotel or a specified location (including the most convenient SF Store or SF Locker) on a specified date, so you do not need to visit our store in person to pick up your items.
