Free shipping for single purchases over HK$1,000 (any product categories) made on the website.

If the order amount is less than HK$1,000, the first item incurs a shipping fee of $30, and each additional item incurs an additional fee of $20.

Within 2 business days (excluding Sundays) of placing an order, the products will be packed and handed over to the shipping company. Generally, it takes one working day for delivery within urban areas.

The shipping company will call before delivery, so please pay attention to your phone after placing an order to avoid any delays.

All alcoholic products will be packed with air column bags, bubble bags, and plastic pellets before being handed over to the shipping company.

In addition, we use a high-cost wine delivery line of the shipping company to ensure that the goods are transported and moved by hand in the warehouse, thereby eliminating the chance of violent treatment during transportation.

All wines are stored at a constant temperature for 24 hours and then transported to your address by a temperature-controlled vehicle to ensure the best condition of the wine upon delivery.
