Official tasting notes for reference:

Nose:
Salty, rooty peat. Salted caramel, Arbroath smokies, olive brine, orange oils, Jalapenos – some agave notes. Salted butter, lilies, green wine gums, caperberries.

Palate:
Zesty and bright. Excellent peat integration; big but the spirit is still bright and fruity. Some tar, burnt orange, green ginger wine, orange bitters, hessian, and burnt caramel.

Finish:
Big, zesty and salty. Gentle fruits; white peach tea. Lots of citrus oils.
