If we're talking about Non-Islay peaty whiskies, Ledaig and Ardmore are among my favorites =D Especially in terms of value for money (of course, partly because Islay whiskies are rising too quickly in price)
This one is from a British IB comic label, Ledaig 19YO, featuring its signature machine oil-like peatiness
Master of Malt's tasting notes even describe it as 'all roadworks'
Regarding the label, the distillery explained that the angry man, who resembles Thor, is meant to break the notion that only Islay has peated whisky. You can check it out here if you're interested
P.S. TBWC is also 500ml
P.S. Ledaig is a peated series from Tobermory Distillery

Master of Malt Tasting Notes for Reference
Nose
Classic Ledaig – all roadworks, smoky bacon, peppercorn sauce, chamois leather and metallic peat, but also some aromatic lemon zest and a floral airiness, too.
Palate
Chilli spice, black peppercorns, an earthier peatiness this time. Roast pork sausages with a smoky apple sauce, a malty element, and some rich 90% cocoa dark chocolate for good measure.
Finish
All about the leathery peat smoke and a sweet chilli kick.
Overall
Signature Ledaig with all the delights it brings.
