Nose:
Strong campfire smoke and dried fruits such as plums, raisins and dates, plus sweet vanilla, traces of coffee and light spice
Taste:
First dark grapes, preserved apples and some figs - followed by roasted notes of nuts and unburnt tobacco
Finish:
English wine gums and smoke linger on the palate for a long time, followed by a dry seasoning with liquorice, aniseed and nutmeg
