Nose:
In an old-fashioned ice cream parlour, the air is filled with delicacies like homemade milk ice cream, fruity knickerbockers, bowls of assorted jelly sweets to choose from and collect in paper bags. Waffle cones, toasted tea cakes and ginger beer popsicles.
Taste:
A cheesecake based on ginger biscuit crumbs, decorated with chopped pieces of dark chocolate coated crystallised ginger stalks, is served with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream from Madagascar.
Finish:
Soft, crumbly lemon ginger finish.
