Nose:
Rich, fruity. First nose on the bitterness of dark cocoa and the sweetness of cream puff. The notes of raisins and the scent of citrus bring a singular richness.
Palate:
Intense and refined attack on citrus fruits with lemon and lime. The palate becomes more and more refreshing: the juicy orange notes are reminiscent of a Caribbean Curacao.
Overall :
Creamy and spicy. White pepper offers a delicately spicy finish. The milk chocolate delivers a beautiful creaminess that persists on a fine and fragrant peat.
