Online Tasting note for reference-

Nose-
Rich, concentrated. On the initial nose, iris butter, apricot stone and candied ginger began an epic battle. This staging highlights the strong personality of the Grande Champagne cru. Very stately, it reveals lots of fruit (mango, passion fruit, fig, melon, quince) once allowed to breathe. Gradually, nutmeg and coriander unleash their powerful and fresh fragrances on the aromatic palette.

Palate-
Both creamy and lively. The attack begins by inviting us to bite into incredibly juicy fruits (mango, orange, melon). The mid-palate then suddenly changes direction completely. Liquorice stick and root ginger now fill the entire gustatory landscape. The end of the palate is characterised by notes of forest floor (fallen leaves, cep, moss).
