On the nose, one encounters red wine barriques and rum sultanas, a layer of marzipan as well as some furniture polish.

Umami and dark sweetness await on the palate- red gummi bears, apricot jam, hints of balsamic and dirty menthol notes reminiscent of rum from Trinidad.

The finish is very long and spicy with tones of dark chocolate and cedar. All in all, an exceptional cognac that delights above all with its dry spiciness and interesting complexity.
