Glendronach 21 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Unveils New Design

Brown-Forman has announced the launch of a newly designed Glendronach 21 Year Old single malt whisky. It is the first product in the brand-s Ultra-Premium core series to receive the updated packaging, continuing a visual identity refresh that began last year. The distillery emphasizes that only the exterior packaging has changed, while the liquid inside remains the same.

This 21-year-old whisky, originally known as Parliament, is fully matured in Oloroso and Pedro-Ximénez sherry casks. It is bottled at 48% ABV and retains its natural colour. Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie describes it as an elegant expression with remarkable balance and depth, showcasing rich and nuanced flavour layers through traditional sherry cask maturation.

Official tasting notes indicate—a deep amber colour with cherry wood highlights. The aroma features ripe autumn fruits, blackberries, and red plums, accented by candied orange peel, with depth provided by oatmeal spices and toasted oak. The palate presents notes of fine sherry, dark chocolate sauce, and Victoria plum pudding, accompanied by hints of nutmeg and ginger spice.
