Alcohol Please (AP) deeply understands the passion collectors have for seeking rare whiskies. Therefore, we have established this transparent and orderly trading platform to connect the local collector community, providing you with the opportunity to access interesting collections released by fellow enthusiasts.
In this process, AP acts as a rigorous and neutral third-party intermediary. Our core value lies in safeguarding the security of the transaction process - from temporarily holding your payment, to verifying the consistency between the physical item and the photos, and arranging the final delivery, we are committed to providing a clear and secure framework for your collection journey.

⚡ Quick Purchase Process Summary
- Inquiry - Contact us via WhatsApp with the 'Consignment ID' to confirm stock.
- Payment - Complete full payment within 48 hours to secure your desired item.
- Verification - After AP receives the physical item from the seller, we will take live photos for your 'Final Confirmation' (a full refund is available if the item does not match the listed photos).
- Delivery - Once confirmed, arrange for self-pickup or free SF Express delivery (buyers pay zero platform commission and shipping fees).
- After-sales - The transaction is complete once the buyer provides final confirmation upon receiving the item.
Step 1 - Browsing and Purchase Process
1. Stock Inquiry

When you find a whisky you like in the consignment area, please contact us using the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of our website and provide the item's unique Consignment ID.

We will immediately contact the seller to confirm if the item is still available.
2. Complete Payment
-
Once stock is confirmed, the item will be temporarily hidden from the site. Please complete payment within 48 hours to successfully lock in your choice. Overdue orders will be automatically cancelled.
- Payment methods currently only include Payme / FPS / Bank Transfer.
Step 2 - Physical Verification
1. Verification Process

After your payment, we will request the seller to deliver the item to our Showroom within 7 working days.

Upon delivery, our team will conduct a physical check to ensure it is the exact same bottle as shown in the seller's original listing photos.
2. Buyer's Final Confirmation

We will take a new set of live photos of the delivered item and send them to you via WhatsApp.

Please review these photos carefully to confirm the actual condition of the item meets your expectations.

If the physical item does not match the listing photos, you have the right to choose a full refund.

The transaction is finalized once you reply with a text message to confirm, and we will then arrange delivery for you.
Step 3 - Transaction Completion and Delivery
1. Arranging Delivery

After completing the final confirmation, please coordinate the delivery arrangements with us (self-pickup or shipping).
2. Fees and Shipping

Transparent Fees - Buyers only need to pay the listed price of the item. Free local shipping within Hong Kong. There are absolutely no hidden or passed-on platform commissions.

Shipping Options - You may choose to pick up the item in person at our Kowloon Bay Showroom or arrange for free SF Express delivery.

Free Shipping - All consignment items ship free within Hong Kong via SF Express, arranged by AP.
Step 4 - Important Notices and Platform Role
1. Our Role and Disclaimer

Intermediary Platform - AP acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting private sellers and buyers. We do not own the consignment items nor do we negotiate prices on behalf of either party.

Authenticity and Condition - We do not provide any guarantees or verification regarding the authenticity of the item, the condition of the liquid inside, or the storage conditions prior to delivery to our Showroom. Our verification is limited to confirming the consistency between the physical item and the listing photos.

Buyer Responsibility - Please make a careful and prudent decision to purchase based on the photos and information provided by the seller.
2. After-sales and Legal Terms

After-sales Policy - Once you complete the 'Final Confirmation' and agree to dispatch, the transaction is considered final. Except for damage caused during the shipping process from AP to you, we and the seller will not accept any returns or refund requests based on item condition, liquid state, or authenticity issues.

Shipping Damage - If damage occurs during transit, you must provide clear unboxing photos or videos as proof within 24 hours of signing for the package. Late reports will not be processed.

Age Restriction - All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

Jurisdiction - All disputes arising from this service shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
