Palo Cortado Cask & Sinteis Series Batch 3

The first surprise is an 11-year-old Palo Cortado cask-finished whisky bottled at 48% ABV. Because Palo Cortado sherry casks lose their flor during maturation, they impart a unique saline and vine-like quality to the spirit. This expression exhales rich aromas of plums and red/green grapes, with a rare salty-honey character on the palate.
