Nose:
Soft ripples of smoky pineapple, sour cream and wood smoke make for an irresistible nose. New oak and supple dark leather shine through while sweet toffee and liquorice intrigue.
Palate:
A powerful peat combined with an intensely salty mouthfeel floats on sweet and sour notes of smoked chilli chocolate and paprika. Waves of brown sugar, walnut and soft spices alternate.
Finish:
Firm yet soft. A delicious almond-pepper aftertaste that stays with you long after that last sip.
