Tasting Notes Reference

Nose:
Spicy, exotic. Mango, banana, pepper. Chocolate and vanilla after airing.

Palate :
Concentrated, rich. Citrus fruits (lime, orange), spices (nutmeg) and floral notes (carnation, hyacinth). Smoky and aniseed on the attack in the mouth.

Finish:
Long and silky. Candied apples and fruits (apricots, pineapple). Mineral (slate, schist) and powdery (chocolate).
