In addition to its namesake flagship, Tenuta di Trinoro also has a Campo series with three labels- green, red, and blue.
All three use 100% Cabernet Franc, which is uncommon.
The green Campo di Tenaglia is the smallest of the three vineyards, at only 0.8 hectare.
First released in 2014, 2015 is its second vintage, but it has received very positive reactions and critical acclaim.
The discerning Jancis Robinson also gave it a high score of 17.5.

Deeper, bluer colour than the Magnacosta. Meatier nose than the Magnacosta. But tighter, grainier tannins in evidence. Very much set for the long term with structure dominating fruit until the very end. A bit like a particularly fine-boned St-Émilion? Very long and rich on the finish. Pretty glorious! Certainly very ambitious.
