The traditional mooncake gift box is back! Thank you for your support over the past few years! This year, it is still handcrafted locally in Hong Kong. In addition to Laga 16 with preserved meat floss, this year we are introducing a new surprise flavor-Chenpi Red Bean mooncake made with JLP 1985 Cognac from our own barrel.

The Chenpi Red Bean mooncake is made with Casky barrel-aged Jean-Luc Pasquet Lot85 38-year-old Cognac from the Petite Champagne region of France. The Cask Strength Cognac offers richer layers, complementing the Chenpi Red Bean filling and creating a harmonious blend.

The other mooncake, Lagavulin 16 Whisky Preserved Meat Yolk Mooncake, is made with Lagavulin 16 to bring out its subtle smoky notes. The savory flavor, seaweed, and meat floss are combined with traditional Chinese pastry crust, adding a touch of innovation to tradition.
