Handcrafted locally in Hong Kong, this year we feature Laga 16 with shredded pork floss, and for the first time, a surprising new flavor using our custom-cask JLP 1985 Cognac paired with aged tangerine peel and red bean.

The Tangerine Peel & Red Bean Mooncake incorporates Casky cask-finished, 38 Year Old Cognac from Jean-Luc Pasquet Lot85 in the Petite Champagne region of France. The Cask Strength Cognac offers rich layers that perfectly complement the sweet and zesty tangerine peel and red bean filling.
