The Whisky Mooncake Gift Box includes Ledaig 2007 16yo Sherry Single Yolk White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake and Clynelish 14 Jasmine Pomelo Mochi Mooncake, with 2 pieces of each (total 4 pieces). Handmade locally, freshness guaranteed.

The traditional Single Yolk White Lotus Seed Paste mooncake this year uses Cask Strength from Ledaig distillery, a 2007 16-year-old Sherry single cask, infused with salted egg yolks. The savory, peaty, and sherry cask flavors are fully integrated, adding rich layers and complementing each other.

For fellow whisky enthusiasts, you can add on a Ledaig 2007 16yo Sherry Butt (50ml) for an additional HK$208 to try together!

The other whisky mooncake, Jasmine Pomelo Mochi, is made with Clynelish 14. Its honeyed floral and waxy texture brings out the jasmine tea and the sweet-sour aroma of pomelo, with added mochi for texture!
