The traditional Single Yolk White Lotus Seed Paste mooncake features salted egg yolks infused with a Cask Strength Ledaig 2007 16 Years Old Sherry Butt. The savory, peaty, and sherry-cask profiles are perfectly balanced, adding rich depth and complexity.

As a true whisky lover, you can purchase an additional HK$208 Ledaig 2007 16 Years Old Sherry Butt (50ml) to pair with your tasting!

The Clynelish 14 Years Old Jasmine Yuzu Mochi mooncake utilizes the distillery's signature waxy mouthfeel and floral honey notes, which accentuate the jasmine tea and tangy yuzu, while the mochi adds a delightful texture!
