The first release in The Macallan The Harmony Collection series, 'Rich Cacao,' was developed jointly by Whisky Maker Polly Logan and Jordi Roca, the pastry chef from the three-Michelin-starred restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. This whisky was specifically matured in European and American oak sherry casks, aiming to find rich flavors that perfectly complement chocolate.
