The first release in The Macallan The Harmony Collection series, 'Rich Cacao,' was developed jointly by Whisky Maker Polly Logan and Jordi Roca, the pastry chef from the three-Michelin-starred restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. This whisky was specifically matured in European and American oak sherry casks, aiming to find rich flavors that perfectly complement chocolate. This is not just a bottle of whisky; it is a tribute to sustainability, with its presentation box made from discarded cocoa pod husks, reflecting respect for the environment and innovation.
