Alcohol Please, in addition to Whisky, Wine & Rum, also hopes to bring other high-quality alcoholic beverages.
We hope you'll think of us when you're looking for something delicious and affordable to drink.
This time, we're bringing you this 50-year-old Cognac, selected by an independent bottler I believe is on the rise.
Vallein-Tercinier is a family-owned winery that has been producing Cognac since 1850. It is located in the western part of the Cognac region and is now managed by the fifth generation of the family.
Wu Dram Clan is a newer independent bottler brand. In addition to Whisky, they also bottle spirits like Cognac and Armagnac.
According to WB, their first involvement in an independent bottling was in 2019 (uncertain if other spirits were bottled before that).
Their bottled selections have received quite good scores.
Most recently, their 19-year-old Springbank (WF90) and 18-year-old Bowmore (WN91) have been particularly impressive.
You can also search for their name on WB to see generally good scores, of course excluding a small number of bottles with only a few ratings that scored 9x points.
