Nose:
The whisky gives itself to the nose with a delicate aroma. It smells pleasantly of walnuts, earthy tones and old leather. Herbs are present. There is light peat smoke in the background.

Palate:
The 18-year-old Caol Ila from Zanzibar lies creamy on the tongue. It tastes like roasted walnuts and caramel. Cedar wood, tobacco and notes from jam complete the taste. A fine smoky note is always present.

Finish:
The finish is medium-long and dry. Wood tones and tobacco remain after drinking.
