Nose-
Rich and fruity with chocolate brownies, almonds, coconut and pistachios. Dates, strawberries and green apple skins.

Palate-
Salted caramel and toffee apples with a hint of cloves. Pineapple in syrup, lemon drizzle cake and popping candy.

Finish-
Hints of rhubarb, star anise, cinnamon, fresh ginger and lemongrass.
