Nose -
Roasted red peppers, slightly meaty and earthy with quince and autumn leaves.

Taste -
Earthy background with juicy fruits, syrupy mouthfeel and lots of cocoa powder, red apples and lemon tart.

Finish -
Juicy. Lime, bergamot and then Highland toffee.
