The team notes that while the distillery holds countless precious spirits, only through sensory evaluation can the treasures gifted by time and nature be discovered. Although every cask is assessed, only those rare casks that reveal a unique facet of the brand's core style are chosen for the annual Select Editions.

In terms of specifications, the Select Edition 2007 was finished in Apóstoles and Amoroso sherry casks; the Select Edition 2010 was matured in Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks.
