A Symphony of Three Rare Sherry Casks

Sherry cask maturation has been at the heart of the distillery for centuries, thanks to its exclusive partnership with world-renowned sherry producer González Byass for over a hundred years. This 17-year-old expression is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, providing a foundation of vanilla and honey, before being finished in three distinct sherry casks: Amoroso, the rare Apóstoles, and Matusalem Oloroso. This is the oldest expression in the range to be matured in three different sherry casks simultaneously, showcasing unparalleled complexity and structure.

According to official tasting notes, the aroma features Seville orange and rich orchard fruits.
