The gift set contains the brand’s flagship 21 Year Old Signature Blend. Created 70 years ago using rare Scotch whiskies, the recipe remains unchanged. Royal Salute was originally established to mark the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, and the brand name, along with the 21-year age statement, pays tribute to the traditional 21-gun salute.

According to the brand, this whisky features aromas of ripe fruit followed by a hint of spice, delivering a "rich, round, and velvety smooth experience" on the palate. The whisky is presented in a ruby red ceramic flagon, a color reminiscent of precious gems on the Royal Crown.
