The second highlight, the **Jura Fèis Ìle 40th Anniversary Release**, is a **24-year-old cask strength** whisky at **48.8% ABV**. After maturing in refill bourbon barrels, the spirit was finished in a single **Sauternes** cask for **8 years**. Its profile includes notes of citrus peel, honey wax, and brioche, leading to an elegant palate of lemon balm and vanilla peach.
