Additionally, the menu offers 13 cocktails that can be prepared as non-alcoholic versions, allowing guests to find the perfect flavor for their "mood and moment."

To highlight Cantonese heritage, the Peking Sour uses Hennessy VSOP paired with duck fat-washed Buffalo Trace bourbon, with Coachbuilt Whisky added for depth. The Smoky Negroni features Hakushu Distiller’s Reserve, Akashi-Tai umeshu, and Antica Formula vermouth, finished with a mist of Ardbeg 10 Year Old whisky for a captivating smoky aroma.
