其實南部Sicilia都有唔少滄海遺珠

2012其實係Sicilia 相對較熱既一年, 5-10都無落過雨
當年Etna唔少酒莊都提早左Harvest, 但Terre Siciliane就認為提子未ready, 冒險博一博, 等多幾日
殊不知過二日真係落雨, 最後做到呢支JR 都認為係fine Etna red既佳釀

P.S. Passopisciaro係2013改名做Passorosso, 所以如果search Passopisciaro既話, 2012會係最後一版

"Transparent mid ruby. This looks its age. (Though certainly isn't browning.) Lovely mix of warmth to the extent almost of being charred and, dare I say it, molten – together with the grain-dry finish that characterises fine Etna red, so this is a truly refreshing wine that belies its alcoholic strength. It's not desperately tannic, more fine-grained, but is probably best drunk with food. It was happy with Auvergne saucisson and also a range of cheeses, especially top-quality Gouda, but I could imagine it going happily with fish – though maybe a pretty simply cooked turbot or sea bass. Leaves the palate utterly refreshed. Fine freshness. Bravo!"
