雖然係Chianti區, 但La Massa卻選擇無視當地DOCG既法規 (要求用好高比例既Sangiovese, Chianti Classico要80%), 寧願唔要DOCG 都堅持用高比例既Cab同Merlot去做Bordeaux風格既酒
La Massa 只出產兩款酒, 而Giorgio Primo 就係佢地既旗艦酒, 1993年到 2001年連續獲頒 Gambero Rosso 最高等級 Tre Bicchieri (三個杯子)獎項, 更被認受為Super Tuscan既一員
