風格獨特, 因佢釀造方法都好獨特
摘完既葡萄會進行風乾, 抽走佢入面既水份, 令葡萄入面既糖份濃縮,
由於高糖份既關係, 之後發酵果時就好容易做到14%甚至15%以上, 同時果味好濃郁, full body等

同時亦因水份風乾左唔少, 釀造Amarone 所需葡萄比其他葡萄酒用多一倍以上
所以Amarone 一般都唔會太平
