正正指呢支酒由7種Rioja葡萄所釀造 (一般比較少用咁多唔同品種去釀, 唔少Rioja可能淨用Tempranillo就算)

此系列先由7款葡萄釀出4款酒, 並先去唔同種類的桶age 36個月,
然後再將4款酒做blending 變成最終作品, 再係法國桶到age多12個月
