Online tasting note for reference-

Nose-
Vegetal, vanilla and marked by toffee and developing into coconut and exotic fruits with fino sherry then coming through.

Palate-
Exotic fruits - pineapple and coconut with a slight medicinal mustard edge. The mid-palate is reminiscent of rum with a big, rich finish of rum baba, then mellowing to brioche and a hint of spice.
