The Springbank Distillery is located in Campbeltown, Scotland's former whisky capital. Since its founding in 1828, it has remained owned by the Mitchell family, making it one of the few independently run distilleries in Scotland.
The distillery takes pride in its tradition: it is the only distillery in Scotland to perform 100% of its own floor malting and complete distillation, maturation, and bottling at the same site. The unique 2.5 times distillation process results in a spirit that is oily yet incredibly nuanced.
