Perfume Trees Gin was founded by mixologist Kit Cheung and former nurse Joseph Cheung. Kit spent years working in the bar scenes of Europe and Hong Kong, while Joseph served as a nurse in a public hospital for ten years; the two bonded over cocktail classes and decided to create a gin truly belonging to Hong Kong.
