It yields a decidedly voluptuous profile with decadent black fruits and raspberry that are intermixed with underbrush, fresh-snipped flowers, licorice, and edgy minerality. Showing brilliant concentration and richness, perfect balance, and incredible freshness, this classic Chaupin is up there with the crème de la crème of the vintage and should drink beautifully for 15+ years.
