----------
'Siete' means '7' in Spanish, referring to the 7 different Rioja grapes used to craft this unique wine. While many Riojas focus solely on Tempranillo, this blend utilizes a more complex profile.
Initially, these 7 grapes are vinified separately and aged for 36 months in different types of barrels. Subsequently, these four wines are blended to create the final expression, which then undergoes an additional 12 months of aging in French oak.
