----------
Siete in Spanish means "7",

This wine is made from 7 Rioja grape varieties (it's less common to use so many different varieties for winemaking- many Riojas might just use Tempranillo on its own)

This series first produces 4 wines from 7 grapes, then ages them in different types of barrels for 36 months,
after which the 4 wines are blended to become the final product, then aged for another 12 months in French oak barrels
----------
Official Tasting Note for reference-

Aroma:
Aromas of ripe berries and fragrant roses and violets, with notes of vanilla and spice.

Palate:
Balanced and full on the palate, rich in nuances, very fruity and perfectly integrated soft tannins.
