London Boutique and Historic Distillery Collaborations
London-based boutique distillery Bimber has launched its Re-charred Oak Casks Batch No. 2 single malt whisky. Hand-selected American oak casks were given a heavy, level-4 charring by the distillery's resident cooper, creating a unique alligator-skin charred surface that imparts deep flavors to the spirit. Meanwhile, Cooper King has partnered with Spirit of Yorkshire to present Many Hands, marking a historic first public collaboration between two English distilleries. This blended malt whisky matured both distilleries' distillates in adjacent casks before marrying them, with every bottle individually numbered.

Countryside Flavors and Anniversary Releases
In the English countryside, Cotswolds pays homage to the late 19th-century Arts and Crafts movement with the latest addition to its annual Hearts & Crafts series: Hearts & Crafts 7 Madeira Cask. This ten-year-old single malt whisky was fully matured in American oak Madeira casks. To celebrate the distillery's 12th anniversary, they also hand-selected first-fill bourbon casks filled in 2017, utilizing 100% traditionally floor-malted barley to craft the limited 12th Birthday Release single cask single malt whisky.
