In terms of design details, Tomatin centers its premium packaging on wood grain patterns symbolizing the natural rings of oak. This deeply reflects the distillery's commitment to wood and its profound expertise in the history of every cask in its warehouses. This move represents a conceptual evolution from previous landscape-oriented designs. Furthermore, each product in the core range features distinct color coding—including deep indigo, forest green, scarlet, purple, and teal—allowing consumers to intuitively identify the unique style and flavor profile of each expression.
Jennifer Masson, Head of Marketing at Tomatin, stated that this bold new packaging reflects the distillery's pride in exceptional cask management and craftsmanship. The new visuals align with modern retail demands and will significantly boost global competitiveness. The update is now being rolled out globally, starting with Legacy and the newly renamed 12 Year Old Triple Cask, with the remaining core range products following in the coming months.
