Unique Craftsmanship and Flavor of Carpathian Oak Casks
Triple-distilled at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, this limited release highlights the use of virgin Carpathian oak casks for maturation. Sourced from the ancient forests of the Carpathian Mountains in Central and Eastern Europe, this oak is known for its tight grain and high tannin structure, imparting unique spices, sandalwood, and rich orchard fruit layers to the spirit. Bottled at 50% ABV, the aroma features rose water, candied fruits, and fresh-cut wood, while the palate intertwines apple, pear, and steady woody notes, showcasing a highly layered flavor structure.
