The Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition was co-created by Harrison Ford and Director of Whisky Creation Dr. Bill Lumsden MBE. During a months-long development process, the duo tasted together at the distillery and frequently exchanged experimental samples across the Atlantic, meticulously refining the recipe. Ford was even invited as an honorary member of the whisky creation team, exploring the art and science of distilling, and expressed great pride in the final result.

Unique Cask Artistry: A Fusion of Bourbon and Portuguese Red Wine Casks

In terms of flavor profile, this whisky combines classic Bourbon cask matured spirit with a series of rare whiskies finished in toasted Portuguese red wine casks. This innovative cask combination injects fascinating layers and structure while maintaining the brand's elegant, detailed style. The liquid exudes vibrant citrus notes accompanied by the sweetness of brown sugar, apricot, and butterscotch, finishing with long-lasting echoes of orange oil, leather, and oak tannins.
