Owned by Bacardi, Scottish distillery Aberfeldy has added a brand-new masterpiece to its "Exceptional Cask Series" with the official release of a 24-year-old single malt whisky. This new expression is finished in white port casks, reflecting the distillery's ongoing innovative spirit in exploring various wine cask-finishing techniques while delivering a refreshing flavor experience for whisky enthusiasts.

Malt Master Stephanie Macleod stated that choosing white port casks was a deliberate decision. While traditional port cask maturation imparts a lively character, white port casks bring an exceptionally fresh and vibrant style. This whisky exudes rich citrus peel, stone fruit, and delicate nutty aromas, perfectly complementing Aberfeldy's signature sweet honey style and showcasing an elegant, bright sense of complexity.
