Palate : Lush maple syrup leads to elderflower and very woody notes of fresh moss and porcini mushrooms - this is joined by overripe apricots, fresh mangoes and passion fruit and a spicy panorama of cinnamon, clove and cardamom, liquorice, allspice, ginger and orange zest
