Online tasting note for reference:
Nose: nice waxy notes up front, with hints of almond and peach. Subtle chalky touches, crushed mint leaves, sunflower oil and white clover. Hints of pollen. The fruits are certainly present but it is mostly a green profile, with drops of ACE juice.
Palate: complex. Great waxy notes, walnuts, a few bitter drops and hints of resins. Hints of verbena, a mineral grittiness and lots of wildflowers. Juniper and other botanicals. Always balancing austerity and rounder notes.
Finish: long and elegant, with a restrained sweetness, hints of ale and dried herbs.
