Online Tasting Notes for reference

Nose-
Dry sherry and nuts with some aged wood and raisins against a background of dark chocolate. This is accompanied by weak, well-integrated smoke (wood rather than peat). Slightly increasing sweetness that turns into brittle.

Palate-
Dry, nutty notes and immediately noticeable peat smoke complemented by chocolatey sweetness. Hints of raisins and a little prunes merge with sweetish, resinous spiciness and oily nuts.

Finish-
Very long with dirty peat smoke, the subtle sweetness of dark honey and raisins leading to a phenolic finish.
