Nose-
Immediately spicy on the nose. Aromas of cinnamon, ginger and cloves before revealing notes of sweet candied fruit and demerara sugar.

Palate-
Fresh and alive. A grassy, herbal note fades to reveal mint, sweet spices and clove oranges.

Finish-
Soft and round with a lingering finish and a slight spiciness.
