Official tasting note for reference:

Nose:
At the nose it's quite sharp, very citrusy (lemon peel and bergamot), mineral and also with a hint of wet wood.

Palate:
While not particularly winey, the tannic astringency is obvious on the palate. Tasted straight it's balanced by a creamy malty sweetness, and the addition of water tames the edges but makes the citrusy notes stand out even more.

Finish:
It gets spicier in the end, even more nervous.
