Online tasting note for reference-

Nose- Plum and wild strawberry, cinnamon, nutmeg, tomato leaves, umeshu, maple wood, dried red berries, pink grapefruit! Delightfully (surprisingly?) tropical, with green mangos coming out. Blood orange and a little bit of rubber.

Palate- Cranberry, fruit cake, those giant strawberries that you get in pick and mixes. Pink grapefruit again. There’s that earthy, woody, funky note that only really comes from a long time in refill sherry. Mushrooms that have been covered in brown miso paste.

Finish- Quite long. Some nice sherry spice at the end, maybe even something a little Christmassy.
