Nose: A crack of sea salt alongside buttered sweet popcorn, with zesty fruit, lemongrass and caramelised nuts, with a whiff of smoke.
Palate: Subtle smoke supports floral honey, tinned pineapple and cooked orchard fruits, with a pinch of black pepper.
